(5 Stars) I can't praise these ladies enough! I came in sick with my 1.5yr old (who was also sick). They saw and treated both of us at the same time. My 1.5 yr old was all over the place, wouldn't sit still (and here I was going on 5 days of being sick myself so I was struggling to keep up with him!). These girls just took it all in stride and worked so well with us. Keep up the good work ladies and thank you for being compassionate, understanding and versatile. From the front office staff, to the MA's, right on up to our Doctor, thank you for being a true representation of what medical professionals do and their caring nature to help others when they aren't feeling well! Bravo!
(5 Stars) We came to this Urgent care and really like it. They didn't minimize our concerns, explained things and efficient but didn't feel rushed. Friendly staff. Clean office. We felt like we got better care than at other Urgent cares. We will definitely be using this place from now on.
(5 Stars) Words can't describe how thankful I was to drive by this urgent care when my daughter who is 7 months old had a high fever and ear infection . They went above and beyond not skipping a step with tons of patience . This will be our new place if anything happens. I can't stand going to the ER and they run tests that are not necessary, with this urgent care they didn't take long to diagnose my daughter
(5 Stars) My young daughter was seen by PA. Dedmon this evening. My wife and I commented on leaving that we had just had one of the best experiences we've had at a medical facility. Our time with Mr. Dedmon felt like home, it felt like a hometown doctor visit should feel; and this was our first time to utilize their services. I know by meeting Mr. Dedmon that this is a first class operation that truly cares about the patient.

(5 Stars) The staff was kind and clearly explained our copay and that they will bill our insurance. The Doctor was fantastic! He was kind to us and our sick child. He was able to get to our level and not use tons of "doctor" speak. He also clearly explained the diagnosis of the issue with our child and got our prescription called in to a pharmacy near where we are staying. We were in and out in less than 1 hour. I'd give this facility 6 stars but google only lets me do 5. Bravo!
